How difficult it is not living permanently with your children – seeing them grow up, play and having fun.
All applications involving children under the age of 18 years old must be considered in light of Section 55 of the Borders, Citizenship & Immigration Act 2009 which states that all UKBA staff must have regard, “to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in the UK”.
At Milana Immigration Ltd we understand the importance of reuniting children with their parents and will guarantee to do our best to ensure that your children’s applications will meet the strict requirements of the Immigration Rules. We will assist you throughout the application process.
If your application has already been refused we will advise you appropriately and prepare and submit grounds of appeal. If it becomes necessary Milana Immigration Ltd will represent you in the First Tier Tribunal.
