All applications involving children under the age of 18 years old must be considered in light of Section 55 of the Borders, Citizenship & Immigration Act 2009 which states that all UKBA staff must have regard, “to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in the UK”.

If your application has already been refused we will advise you appropriately and prepare and submit grounds of appeal. If it becomes necessary Milana Immigration Ltd will represent you in the First Tier Tribunal.
